Refund policy
Any items purchased through Hare and Hawthorn which have not been purchased as special/bespoke or personalised orders made by our resident artists, may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
If purchased from our bricks and mortar store, please return the item to the shop, if in the condition described above, with your proof of purchase within 14 days for a full refund.
If purchased online, to start a return, you must first contact us via email at admin@hareandhawthorn.co.uk
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 19 Bridge Street, Coleraine Co Derry, BT52 1DR .
Please note If an item purchased online has been proved to have been received damaged or faulty Hare and Hawthorn will refund the cost of the item, original postage and return postage costs. However Hare and Hawthorn will not pay for return postage of an item you don't like or have changed your mind about. In this case the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products made by the resident artists (such as special/ bespoke orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note the conditions regarding paying postage listed above.
Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
