In February 2018, after two decades as an HR Manager for a major food retailer, Sharron took a redundancy package, paid off her mortgage, and swapped spreadsheets for soy wax. Inspired by her daughter Molly, Sharron registered Molly & Me just weeks later, and never looked back.

As a lifelong skincare enthusiast, Sharron had been blending bath and body products for friends and family. A wake‑up call about candle soot led her to research healthier alternatives. Now she hand-makes scented candles using 100% soy wax and paraben‑free, mostly phthalate‑free fragrance oils, reducing indoor pollution without sacrificing scent.

Sharron's journey deepened her commitment to the environment. From recyclable, compostable packaging to a workshop‑equipped home studio furnished with salvaged materials, every choice she makes cuts plastic and carbon. Today, Molly & Me not only offers clean‑burning candles but also hosts eco‑workshops, helping customers make greener choices every day.
